Notepad is coming to the Windows 10 Microsoft Store

Microsoft is working on disaggregating the default Windows 10 text editor, Notepad, from the operating system by taking it to the Microsoft Store, allowing it to be updated regardless of Windows 10.

The Windows 10 Halo application is retired today

This week the Halo application was removed in Windows 10, as the developer behind the game, 343 Industries, was Focuses on bringing Halo: The Master Chief Collection for PC, as well as the next installment of the franchise, Halo: Infinite. The application will no longer receive any updates.

The Windows 10 Plex application leaves Microsoft Store, a new desktop version was launched

The Plex application for Windows 10 came out of Microsoft Store. Instead, the company has developed a new desktop version. This marks a departure from the Microsoft store offer and a return to independent software.
