  9. Right-click the Policies (folder) button, select New and click Key .

  11. Right-click on the newly created key, select New and click DWORD Value (32 bits) .

  13. Double-click on the newly created DWORD and set the value of 0 to 1 to disable the Color setting for the current user.

After completing the steps, users will no longer be able to customize the color settings until the block is undone.

You can always revert the changes using the same instructions, but in step No. 4 be sure to right click on the System key and select the option Delete . And in step No. 14 right click and delete the NoDispAppearancePage key.
