Microsoft is discounting its surface headphones at $ 100. The deal is available at the company's online store, and it looks like a temporary price cut at $ 249.99 below the normal price of $ 349.99.

Microsoft headsets have Cortana built-in, but they also work with Apple's Siri or Google Assistant on Android. Surface headphones also include noise cancellation (NC), smart switching between multiple paired devices and USB-C charging.

Microsoft first released its Surface headphones in November, and this is the first major discount on Surface cans since then. We reviewed the Surface hearing aids and discovered that they have great wireless performance, excellent noise cancellation, but that they lack overall sound quality.

Rumors suggest that Microsoft may also be preparing its own Surface hearing aids to compete with Apple's AirPod. Like existing headphones, it is rumored that these outbreaks include Cortana's support and noise cancellation.
