The Samsung Galaxy Wearable application has been inactive for the past few days, with hundreds of users reporting on login and update issues. The problem affects the Samsung Gear and Galaxy Watch Active watches, with the application frozen on a white screen when users try to log on to their phones.
A thread in the Samsung community forums, which began last Thursday, now covers 65 pages of Users who report problems with the application. The problem seems to affect several Android devices, from phones with Google Pixel to OnePlus 6T, Moto G7 and Xiaomi Mi 9.
Gavin's Gadgets Reviewer reports that Samsung is aware of the problem, and is actively working on a solution.
