Pixel 4 screen leak show off large forehead bezel

A new set of images from Google's forthcoming Pixel 4 smartphone shows what it expected from the web. There is a large bezel on top of the phone.

The leaked image is taken from Ice universe (via 9to5Google on Twitter) to show off the front panel of the phone. This image is based on the rendering and dimensions of the phone and seems to confirm what has been doubtful so far. You will use larger forehead and jaw bezels than competing phones such as the S10 Plus or OnePlus 7 Pro. The bezel will cover various sensors and front camera hidden with notches or pop-up cameras.

One suspicion is that mobile phones include motion detection technology called Project Soli. The radar detects the slight movement above it. The size of the bezel seems to require enough room for the sensor we need.

In addition to the image on the front screen, @OnLeaks and iGeeksBlog have created a series of renderers for future phones and show a large bezel.

In June, Google released a mobile phone after the leaked image surfaced on the web. It is visible on the back, but the front of the device is not visible. The image showed a large camera bump and sensor, and the phone was found in the wild. With this latest leak, maybe Google will release another official image.
