Outlook.com is getting a new Groups feature

Microsoft has started implementing new Groups features in its Outlook.com webmail, which should be familiar to those who already use Office 365 groups. By adding contacts to a group, you can send messages, share files, schedule events in a group calendar and more, and it is worth noting that you can add group members using other email services than Outlook.com [19659003] This new feature is available in the left pane of the Outlook.com web application. If you have been invited to different Outlook.com groups, there is also a "Follow in inbox" option that will send all group conversations and calendar events both in the group mailbox and in your personal Outlook inbox .com.

We are implementing this worldwide on Outlook.com and we expect all users to have access by the end of August 2019 with expanded support to create a group on mobile devices in the fall of 2019, The company said yesterday in the blog post announcing the new feature. You can get more information on how to start using Outlook.com Groups on this support page.
