Nintendo has announced that two of its largest Switch games will be upgraded to work with the Labo VR cardboard headphones that will be released next week. It is not immediately clear how any of these modes will work in practice: the Labo kit does not have a headband, so it conforms to a multi-hour session of Breath of the Wild could be challenging. But, at a minimum, these factors are likely to attract much more interest in the virtual reality kit than the one that existed in previous versions of Labo.
Modes will arrive in free updates for each game on April 25, while the handset will be released on April 12 at a price of $ 39.99 for the basic kit.
