MyTube Beta now includes a native GIF maker

There are many tools on the web to create GIFs from YouTube videos, but now you can do it directly from the myTube application on your PC. The latest version of myTube Beta has added a native GIF creator, allowing you to take a GIF of any YouTube video on the go.

The function is available through a GIF button in the upper right of the video player, right next to the option to enter the theater mode. By clicking on it, you can choose where the GIF begins in the video, along with how long you want the GIF to be. From there, you can save the clip to your computer and share it with other applications, either as a true GIF or as an MP4 file.

MyTube is one of the most popular third-party YouTube applications for Windows, and an important update Version 4.0 is currently in process with new media controls, a more unified appearance across all platforms and more. If you want to give the new GIF creator a chance, you can get the latest version of the beta version of myTube from the Microsoft store now.
