Microsoft’s MSDN Magazine is shutting down after more than 30 years

Microsoft's developer-focused MSDN Magazine will end in November after more than 30 years of publishing. Naturally, Microsoft made a decision after all technical resources were migrated online to sites, including, the Visual Studio Subscriptions portal, and the Visual Studio blog by default. Microsoft said that in addition to the new online resources, all previous issues of MSDN Magazine will be archived and made available online. Over the last 30 years, Microsoft has been produced only under its current name since 2000, when it merged the Microsoft Systems Journal and Microsoft Internet Developer magazines into a single publication. According to this, the Microsoft Systems Journal page is now removed from the Microsoft Web site, which began in 1986 as the first programming publication from Microsoft.

MSDN Magazine If you keep your subscription, Microsoft says you will refund the rest of your subscription since the last issue in November.
