Microsoft pulls a "one more thing," introduces Surface Duo, a dual screen "phone" that runs Android apps

Panos Panay turned to leave the stage and the Surface event today after showing the Surface Pro 7, the Surface Pro X, the Surface headphones and next year, the Surface Neo.
