How to get the Windows update November 10, 2019 (19H2)
Here is a quick guide for those of you who are new to Windows 10 and want to be in the latest version.
- Join the Windows Insider program  Go to Settings> Update and security> Windows Insider program, and join the Launch Preview Ring
- After rebooting, verify Windows Update and it should be Offer the November 2019 Update

Microsoft recently revealed that the Windows update November 10, 2019 (19H2) was ready for release. While most of the readers of this site are Windows Insiders that are already running the latest compilation, here is a quick guide for those of you who are new and want to be in the latest Windows 10 compilation.
You have two options. You can wait until the update is published, or take the update of the Release Preview ring now. The Release Preview ring gives you the ability to receive updates after they have passed the test phase (known as the development branch).
(Update): A note, if you are currently in the May 2019 update and in Windows Inside privileged information ring: If you change your privileged information settings to Release preview, you will not be immediately offered the update November 2019. It will be available "in the coming weeks". You can get more information in our November 2019 release news post, or simply set your Slow PC to Release Preview and sit back and wait.
This is what you should do. First, join the Windows Insider program if you have not already done so. After that, while on your Windows 10 computer, go to Settings> Update and Security> Windows Insider Program, and click on the "Start" button.
Once you tap or click "Start," Link your Microsoft account. This will be the same email account you used to register for the Windows Insider Program.
After linking your Microsoft account, you will be given three options. Select the option titled "Files, applications and drivers only." This option will take you to the launch preview ring and the November 2019 update.
Once you select “Files, applications, and drivers only,” touch or click the confirm button You will be asked to restart your PC, so be sure to touch or click on those options.
After restarting your PC, you can return to Settings> Update and Security> Windows Insider Program and do make sure it shows "Launch Preview" as your configuration. You can also be bold and select the Quick Ring or the Slow Ring, if you want to try the development versions of Windows 10.
