How to fix a charging problem in Windows 10

The good news is that this is not common. Or an incidental problem only occurs while updating the window. The following is an easy solution to troubleshoot charging problems connected to Window 10.

Browse and open Device Manager

Click Battery, then select the battery driver option. It can be a Microsoft Surface ACPI compliant control battery. Then go to the Remove option.

When you select this option, the driver uninstall removes the laptop charging driver. But you do not have to worry because it will be reinstalled automatically when you reboot your laptop or PC.

  • Turn off the laptop and unplug the charger.
  • If your laptop has a removable battery, remove it for a while
  • Please reconnect. Charge the battery and connect the charger.
  • Please restart your computer or laptop
  • Now go to the charging icon to see if your laptop is charging.

I followed the same procedure to reinstall my laptop computer with the battery driver. Window 10, I plugged in the notebook when I plugged it in again.

This is about my experience, but I have presented a solution to this problem. This method works, but may be different on different PCs or laptops. If so, please let us know and share the edit process in the section below.
