Honor made a colorful pair of AirPods clones

Honor today announced a pair of wireless earbuds called FlyPods and FlyPods Pro. They are just a carbon copy of Apple's AirPod. Honorary parent Huawei released an AirPod clone called Huawei FreeBuds earlier this year and was scheduled to announce its successor with Mate 20, but the plan seems to have changed. According to Gizmochina FreeBuds Pro 2 has been rebranded as Honor's FlyPods Pro

FlyPods are connected via Bluetooth 5.0 and have an IP54 waterproof rating, so they can be solved safely. You can use an earbud to answer the call, control media playback, and activate the Honors Yo-Yo Voice assistant. The 420mAh battery lasts for 3 hours on a single charge and up to 20 hours on a charge case.

FlyPods Pro has what it calls "BoneID technology" that can be used in combination with speech recognition and "bone sound pattern" recognition. Biometrics unlocks your phone with voice. WeChat and AliPay are also available for payment.

In Vmall, FlyPod can be ordered for ¥ 799 (about $ 115 USD) and is available in cyan and white. FlyPods Pro is available for ¥ 999 (about $ 143 USD) in white and red. Both versions will be available on November 6.
