Here’s what the Surface Pro X wallpaper blended with Windows XP’s “Bliss” looks like

If you've been following Microsoft's last week of news recently, you may have noticed that the company's new Surface devices sport some impressive new wallpapers with natural landscape themes. We've already shown you where you can download them all, but someone else has taken things a little further, combining the Surface Pro X wallpaper with the classic "Bliss" Windows XP wallpaper.

As seen in the first image of the slider below, Redditor Castetorch worked a bit of graphic design magic and changed the usual orange landscape of the Surface Pro X wallpaper: instead, he added some touches of green, changed the cloud and the top of the mountain to replicate the classic Windows XP wallpaper that many have come to love You can compare the various wallpapers going through our sliders.

It's a really visually stunning scene, but Castletorch has also changed things and created variants for different seasons. Some other variations of the Surface Pro X wallpaper include one with a stormy sky, another with a dark sky and another with fall themes. All this can be found here.
