Google Pixel 3a leaks in new barely-purple color

The next Google Pixel 3a will be available in a new purple color scheme, according to a filtered shared by Evan Blass . It is expected that this is one of the three colors in which the phone will be available, along with the black, and a white variant that already appeared in the filtered photos and a render shared by Blass yesterday. The purple Pixel 3a has a yellow power button, compared to the orange of the white model.

Maybe it's a coincidence, but the purple color scheme might have something to do with Avengers: Endgame and It's a purple-skinned golden glove antagonist. Last week, Google announced that a collection of five Marvel superheroes would join the Playmoji AR line exclusively on Pixel 3, and eagle-eyed viewers have realized that a Pixel 3 seems to appear in the movie. Google is also promoting the franchise today with a Thanos Easter egg.

The big question now is what Google will choose to name the third color of the phone. Last year, Pixel 3 came in "Just Black", "Clearly White" and "Not Pink", while the previous year the company also released a "Kinda Blue" variant of Pixel 2.

We are waiting for the Pixel 3a will be available in two sizes; with 5.6-inch and 6-inch 1080p OLED screens respectively. Both will have midrange specifications compared to last year's Pixel 3 line, which includes 4GB of RAM, Snapdragon 670 processors, 3,000 mAh batteries and 12 megapixel cameras on the back. The phones can also present traditional 3.5 mm headphone jacks. A full disclosure is expected on May 7, in the keynote address of Google I / O 2019.
