Twenty-five-year-old Volodymyr Kvashuk has been accused of stealing the digital currency and then reselling those assets for $ 2.8 million with the intention of buying a $ 1.7 million house and Tesla of $ 160,000 as part of his plan to deposit $ 10 million.
