Apple launched a pair of repair programs for some iPhone X and 13-inch MacBook Pro models

Apple has released a pair of repair programs to address some 13-inch touch bar MacBook Pro and some iPhone X problems discovered by Bloomberg . Affected MacBook Pro models may have a problem with the solid state drive, while iPhone X may have a defective display module.

For MacBook Pro, the company says a "limited number" of 128GB and 256GB non-touch bar models sold between June 2017 and June 2018 has problems with solid state drives. It may cause data loss and malfunction. "Apple (or an authorized reseller) offers a free service for that model, and we recommend that you check out sooner or later. The owner can determine if their computer is suitable on the service page.

For iPhone X, some devices may have "touch problems" because the components of the display module are broken – some of the display is not responding In this case, Apple or its authorized reseller will replace the display module for free, but if there are other issues, such as a cracked screen, you may have to resolve it first and charge a fee. If you have already paid to replace the module, you can get a refund. Says
