A rundown of all the devices Microsoft announced at its Surface event

This is the third weekday of the week Vergecast and it is time to revisit what has happened in the technology industry. First, Silicon Valley editor Casey Newton begins the show by explaining what Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has heard about audio leaked from Facebook's internal Q & A. The Vergecast explains Zuckerberg's opinion of Facebook's unique place in an antitrust discussion.

Next, Nilay Patel, Dieter Bohn and Paul Miller went on to do everything that was announced at this week's Microsoft Surface event, including a new clamshell device and a partnership with Microsoft this week. Can the folding form factor withstand the test of time?

We also received an update on the fight for net neutrality. This week, the Court of Appeal supported the Federal Communications Commission's repeal of the net neutral law, but withdrew rules that prevented the state from passing its own law.
